Pancake roses or as they call it, crepes ( crepes di rose) - a beautiful way of serving pancakes. The dough is thin and the rose crepe is small. Filling any.

  • Flour

Eggs, sugar, salt and whisk. Pour into the mixture the sifted flour, mix well. Milk pour in a thin stream, whisk constantly working. To enter loose butter and ( optional) vanilla. As optional additives : a few drops of liqueur, brandy or rum. Let stand the dough for 30 minutes. Hot pan greased with oil. Pour on it the dough from the center to the sides. As cooked - flip over to the other side and finish roasting, giving dry edges.

Ready spiral on a plate and roll from the thin end to wide. Before serving, deploy, spread with filling and roll again to a rose.
