Very tasty cottage cheese fruit pudding for the kids and such a sweet tooth as I do.

Cooking
Boil the carrots and refrigerate. Carrots and cottage cheese mince.
Steam the apricots, finely chop, combine with the curd mass.
Add semolina, butter, yolks three eggs, sugar and mix. Let stand for 20 minutes.
Whisk 3 protein and carefully type in the cheese mass.
The resulting mass lay in a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form. Bake at 220 C for 35-40 min.
Serve the pudding with sour cream. When I pulled the pudding from the mold, it is a bit collapsed, probably it was necessary to wait, when cool. Unfortunately, experience in the preparation of puddings I have yet :cry: But despite this it is very tasty. I recommend to try and definitely with sour cream. BON APPETIT!
