Cooking
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla. Add yogurt and vegetable oil. Beat.
Mix the sifted with soda and baking powder in the flour, oats and ginger powder.
Combine the two mixtures, mix quickly, without fanaticism. The dough should be slightly lumpy.
Put the dough in molds for muffins. In each we put some of the berries fresh strawberries. I have adorned the culinary sugar.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
