Liver in wine with cherries
Liver goes well with berries and berry sauce. It is not corny and very tasty. With the addition of cherries and red wine everyday, the liver becomes a festive dish.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    200 г

  • Vegetable oil

    3 ст. л.

  • Red onion

    70 г

  • Brown sugar

    4 ч. л.

  • Cherry

    100 г

  • Semi-dry red wine

    100 мл

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Ginger

    1/3 ч. л.

Cooking

Liver cut into small pieces, onion cut into "feathers"

In hot oil fry the liver with onions for about 10 minutes

Add salt, pepper, add brown sugar (I used sugar TM "Mistral), add grated ginger and cherries (fresh or frozen), stirring occasionally to cook for 5-7 minutes

Pour the wine, put the liver in the wine for about 5-7 minutes until evaporation of the alcohol smell and you can apply!

When serving, garnish with Basil leaves
