Cooking
Flakes pour in a pot and pour 300 g of boiling water.
Stir well to avoid lumps. Cover with a lid and leave for 2 hours.
After this time, in a bowl add dry yeast (5 g) and sugar (1 tablespoon). Mix well. Pour 50 g of warm water, and again mix well. Leave for 10 minutes. Then pour the diluted yeast in mashed potatoes, mix and add portions of flour, knead the dough. Knead the dough for 5 minutes, at the end add the salt and vegetable oil. Once again, knead well until smooth. The pot cover and send in a warm place until the volume increases two times (approximately 1 hour).
Coming up the dough on the table sprinkled with flour, or a silicone Mat, punch down, divide into 2 parts. To form a slightly elongated bars, cover with a towel and leave for half an hour to rise.
During this time, the bars will increase significantly in size. Preheat the oven to 230°C. the baking sheet carefully transfer the bars with silicone Mat. Hot oven spray with water and put the bread. The first 5 minutes bake at 230°C, then spray the oven again, reduce the temperature to 200°C bake for 20-25 minutes until tender. Then the oven open a little to push the baking pan and allow the bread to cool.
