Gurian pies
These pies are also called khachapuri goreski. At home my wife and I used ready puff two types of dough – yeast and yeast-free. In addition to cheese Suluguni added cottage cheese and a fair amount of butter, frozen and grated on a coarse grater. But the shape of the pies gave the same, "Gurian". The result was a rather homemade cakes in goriski because the basic elements of routing, we still retained, or variation on the theme gwesela.

The oil is pre-frozen in the freezer. Eggs boil, cool, clean. Then, each cut in half lengthwise.
