Prepare the products.
In a Cup pour sugar, salt, yeast. Pour mineral water at room temperature.
Then add the softened margarine and sifted flour. Mix well. Knead the dough. Leave for 10-15 minutes while making the filling.
Chop the onion and parsley. Add to the mince. Salt, pepper to taste. Mix well.
On a working surface roll out the dough of our tortillas, which make a hole. In a circle put the filling. Semipaved in a circle.
Put our bagels on the baking tray lined with parchment, seam side down. Allow to stand in a warm place under a towel for 20 minutes. Bake at 150-180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. 10 minutes before end of baking grease with a yolk.
