Nuts grind in a meat grinder (you can of course to mash these, but the cake will fall apart)
Rinse the raisins. If we prepare only for adults add in raisins, 2 tablespoons of red wine.
Pre-turn on the oven and prepare the form (greased with butter and sprinkle with flour or semolina). Beat eggs with sugar until a thick cream, about 5 minutes
Now add in eggs, nuts, raisins, flour and slaked soda.
Gently stir, spread the batter (the consistency of the dough thicker than for pancakes) into the pan and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
