  • Eggplant

  • Chicken egg

    1 шт

  • Flour

    1 ст. л.

  • Ginger

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Paprika sweet

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Dry red wine

    5 ст. л.

  • Oregano

  • Black olives

  • Salt

Chop the eggplant coarsely, pepper rings, onions finely, add the chopped garlic.

All fry in a little olive oil, then pour in the wine and let it evaporate.
