Cooking
Chop the eggplant coarsely, pepper rings, onions finely, add the chopped garlic.
All fry in a little olive oil, then pour in the wine and let it evaporate.
Towards the end add the spices, salt to taste.
Vegetables a little cool, mix with cottage cheese.
Spread in a greased form.
Optional garnish with olives and oregano. Bake in a preheated 190C oven for 25 minutes (time focus on your oven, I'm 5 minutes overexposed, sides slightly overcooked, but the taste is not affected!).
