Language boil for 2-3 hours, after boiling the broth and season with salt, add seasonings, Bay leaf, carrots and onion for flavor.
Language immediately dip in cold water to the skin easily shot. Cut into portions.
Sauté onions for Bolognese.
Mix flour, tomato paste in cold water (half a Cup).
