Muffins with plums and glaze
Delicious buns with plums and a lemon icing. Perfect on the holiday table. With frosting you can experiment: impressive will look with colored glaze.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Milk

In warm milk dissolve yeast, add sugar and leave in a warm place for 15 min. before the advent of foam caps.

Add a pinch of salt, sifted flour and knead the dough.

The dough cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

Plum wash, dry.

Cut into halves, remove pits.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces, formed into buns and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes, then with a rolling pin to make indentations, sprinkle each recess a small amount of cane sugar.

Spread to the deepening of the halved plums, cut down, pressing them into the dough. Let stand in a warm place for 30 min.

Bake in a preheated 170 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes.
