Potato gratin with fillet and mushrooms
I don't know why this dish is called so, the recipe is from my colleagues at work, a dish very well known in the former GDR. Very quick and easy.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5-6 шт

  • Mushrooms

    200-300 г

  • Lecho

Potatoes cleaned, cut washers to spread out in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mushrooms cleaned, cut, put the potatoes, salt, pepper, all put in the oven at 200°.

Meanwhile, on the dry heated frying pan put the minced meat and flexing with a fork, fry until almost cooked.

Put a jar of apricot in the mince and boil.

If was not Lecho, you can use any pasta sauce that contains tomatoes, but you can experiment.

All contents of the pan to pour on top of the mushrooms with the spatula and leave in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Now cheese. You can use whatever found in the fridge and all the leftovers at once.

Generously sprinkle cheese on top or just lay the cheese on the surface. Again in the oven give the cheese to melt and slightly brown.
