Beef, raw eggs, potatoes worn on a coarse grater, onion finely chopped, crushed garlic, salt and pepper mix, knead the meat.
Make filling. Eggs cut into cubes or RUB on a large grater, add finely chopped dill and mix.
For stuffing to put a spoonful of the filling to make a ball and dip into breadcrumbs (I didn't, I did the flour).
Fry in butter until tender.
