Cooking
Eggplant cut into plates.
Mix the butter with salt and herbs to taste and mix with eggplant. I do it in the bag.
Bake on the grill or fry in a grill pan.
Finely chop the tomatoes, mozzarella and Basil leaves.
And finely chop the arugula and garlic.
Grate hard cheese. Mix everything with the tomatoes, salt to taste and add a spoonful of balsamic.
