Eggplant casserole
Very tasty casserole of eggplant with tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Tomato

    6 шт

  • Vegetable oil

    1 ст. л.

  • Garlic

    1 зуб.

  • Mozzarella

    125 г

  • Cheese

    50 г

  • Basil

    2 веточ.

  • Arugula

    1 пуч.

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Balsamic

    1 ст. л.

Cooking

Eggplant cut into plates.

Mix the butter with salt and herbs to taste and mix with eggplant. I do it in the bag.

Finely chop the tomatoes, mozzarella and Basil leaves.
