Millet casserole with fish
Quick, tasty and budget. And what else is needed in the country, when products are low and time to spare.

Ingredients

  • Millet

  • Green onions

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

To start boil 2 bags with the grain until tender. Remove, allow to merge water and to cool.

Bake at t= 180 for about 30-40 minutes the Pudding should be slightly brown and set. Allow to cool slightly.
