Cooking
Buckwheat boil until tender.
Boil potatoes until soft, cut into slices.
Onions and mushrooms cut, fry in vegetable oil until tender. Add the cooked buckwheat. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
Baking dish lightly grease with oil, put a layer of potatoes, salt and garlic salt to taste.
Then put fried mushrooms with onions and buckwheat.
The next layer is sliced tomatoes.
Sprinkle with chopped herbs and grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes. Bon appetit.
