Pumpkin a La Lasagna
I want to share with You the recipe of the favorite dish of our family. Since I love pumpkin and think it the most useful in the world, and my family has to get used to the dishes with pumpkin. But in this case even stranger is not necessary. It's so delicious, creamy and flavorful, this lasagna for a long time stuck on our table. Help yourself to pamper yourself and your loved ones!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    200 г

  • Chicken breast

    150 г

  • Onion

    2 шт

  • Garlic

  • Cream

    2 ст. л.

  • Salt

  • Dutch cheese

    50 г

  • Vegetable oil

  • Nutmeg

    1/4 ч. л.

  • Flour

    300 г

  • Chicken egg

  • Salt

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Water

    100 мл

Flour beat the egg, add salt and pour 50 ml of water. Try to knead the dough. If you do not want to collect in the bun, add another 50 ml of water. This amount of liquid was perfect for me. Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes.

Pumpkin cut into small cubes. Put in a deep pan. Pour 2 tbsp of water and simmer on low heat 7 minutes.

Onion and garlic finely grind them.

Boiled chicken meat cut into small cubes.

Onion, garlic and chicken fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Put all the pumpkin, pour the cream, add nutmeg, salt, pepper and simmer together a few moments. The stuffing is ready.

Divide the dough into 3 parts. Roll over the entire area of the form. I have a form approximately 15х23 see Form slightly greased with vegetable oil and spread the first layer of dough.

On top of the dough spread half of the filling. Then again a layer of dough and filling.

We close our "lasagna" third layer of dough on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
