Description
These muffins adorn the January food calendar photographer-chef Anastasia Zurabova who gave me my Mysterious Santa Claus - Tash scullion! As promised, I share the recipe on the website this is not. Muffins are sweet, but, thanks to the cranberries, not cloying. The recipe with my slight modifications.

Cooking
Turn the oven on 180 degrees. Melt butter in a saucepan, cool.
Pour the sugar in the butter and beat with a mixer 5 minutes before a light air mass.
Add eggs, sour cream (I have 15%, you thick natural yoghurt), kefir (my 1%, can yogurt). Then add baking powder, soda, cinnamon, and vanilla or rum extract. Pour the sifted flour and beat with a mixer until smooth. The dough turns thick.
If you have frozen cranberries, as I have, that before you prepare the dough, fill it with cold water. When cranberries are thawed, rinse it and sprinkle with cornstarch, mix gently.
Put the cranberries into the batter, gently mix. I have silicone molds, I did not miss. Spread the dough in molds and each mold insert square of chocolate in the middle. Bake at 180 degrees for at least 20 min. Look at the oven, my muffins were baked for 50 minutes.
