Let's start with the bow. Cleaned, cut is not very finely and in a pan.

Onions are gold, add the carrots, which had previously been cleaned and rubbed on a coarse grater.

Potatoes peel and grate on a coarse grater. Divide in half and one part of the layer in a baking pan or as I did in the roaster.

Now the meat. In forcemeat add salt, pepper and seasonings. Divide in half and spread one part over the potatoes.

Meanwhile, our vegetables ready. We, too, divide in half and put one part on top of meat.

The second part of the potatoes to the vegetables, then the beef, but then just put the mushrooms in raw. I they were frozen, I threw them in the package in hot water and they quickly disappeared.

Now turn the remaining vegetables. And we have eggs. We have them in a bowl with a fork beat slightly, add salt and pour the vegetables evenly. All this beauty put in the oven and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes.

Get a fragrant, delicious casserole. Unfortunately on a plate to photograph did not, because it ate everything very quickly and without residue)))
