Cottage cheese and beetroot bake with a filling of apples and cranberry sauce
Beets are one of my favorite vegetables, it is possible to prepare salad, chicken, and caviar. I offer you a very tasty and healthy casserole.

Ingredients

  • Beets

  • Berry sauce

    5 ст. л.

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    4 ст. л.

  • Bread crumbs

  • Cheese

Boil beetroot until tender, cool.

Beetroot peel and grate on a fine grater, add butter, put in a saucepan.

Add the semolina and boil, stirring occasionally on low heat for 3-4 minutes.

In chilled mass add cheese, salt. I'm not very fond of sweet pudding, so sugar is not added, if you're a fan of sweet, you can add sugar to taste.

Add the egg, stir well.

Prepare the filling. Apple peeled and RUB on a coarse grater, add 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce D arbo.

In the form greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs spread half of the cottage cheese and beet pulp, then filling again and beetroot cottage cheese.

Make the filling mix the sour cream with 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce D arbo.

Fill the casserole. Bake in the preheated oven of 180 degrees until done ( I have roughly 30 minutes).
