In warm milk dissolve yeast, 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Stir, leave in a warm place for 20 minutes. Add to the dough eggs, remaining sugar, sour cream, melted butter, salt, mix well. Add remaining flour and knead the dough. Cover and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Then divide the dough into 2 unequal parts. One big part of the test roll out and put into a greased round shape.
The second part of the test also roll out and cut into strips with a width of 1.5 cm to Connect 2 pieces of braided cords.
Blueberries mixed with sugar and vanilla sugar. On the rolled out layer spread blueberry filling. Up pie to make braids. Give a time for 20 minutes. Grease the pie with egg yolk.
Bake in a preheated 200 degrees in the oven for 40 minutes.
