Moussaka (Musaka) - this casserole is loved and in Greece, in Turkey and Bulgaria. I don't know what the kitchen definitely belongs to this recipe found in a magazine. Prepared without Bechamel sauce, NOOO sooo delicious!

Cooking
Eggplant cut into slices, add salt, leave for 15 minutes. Then rinse and dry. Vegetable oil to fry with 2 sides
Potatoes also cut into slices and fry with 2 sides
Onion and Garlic finely chop, fry.
Add the ground beef. Grate the tomatoes on a grater, add to the onions and minced meat, mix well.
Add the tomato paste, pepper, salt. mix well. Simmer for 10 minutes
Pepper cut into cubes, lightly fry
Put into a form in layers: potato - eggplant - pepper - sauce from minced meat and tomato
Sprinkle cheese, grated on a coarse grater.
Bake 30-40 min in the oven at 180 degrees
