Casserole of macaroni and cheese, cauliflower and bacon
Casserole turns out very juicy, light, with charming creamy mustard a touch. Fairly quick and easy to prepare dish, which diversifies your diet.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    290 г

  • Cauliflower

    400 г

  • Butter

    2 ст. л.

  • Bacon

    250 г

  • Onion

    1/2 шт

  • Garlic

    1 зуб.

  • Cream

    250 г

  • Milk

    625 мл

  • Mustard

    1 ст. л.

  • Cheese

    150 г

  • Parsley

    2 ст. л.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In boiling salted water, place pasta and cook for 5 minutes.

Add cauliflower and cook for another 5 minutes.

Drain the water, noodles with cabbage return to the pot.

Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add bacon, onion and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until onion is soft. Personally, I oil is not added, but put all the above on a dry pan. For my taste, the bacon is very fatty.

Stir in cream cheese, milk and mustard. Add salt, pepper.

In a separate bowl, mix 40 grams of cheese and half of the parsley.

Milky bacon mixture, remaining cheese and parsley, add to pasta and cauliflower.

Mix thoroughly, then place it in a baking dish.

On top sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Bake for about 30 minutes.
