Cooking
Boil buckwheat until the viscosity (but not to get porridge-gruel). Buckwheat is not rice, it has no adhesiveness.

For the sauce I took canned tomatoes ( opened a Bank, and some were "non-goods", so to speak, the species. So they went into business). You can take tomato paste, to your taste. From tomatoes to remove the skins, crush them with a spoon and fry in vegetable oil
When juice will be enough to add the sour cream (mayonnaise). Stir until smooth and dilute with boiling water. Boil for a few minutes.
