I know that recently someone put the recipe for lazy cabbage rolls. But the search only found the usual. But again, as in the case of soup - how many Housewives Try... and my duckies. Perhaps the difference is...

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

  • Sour cream

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chicken egg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

Boil buckwheat until the viscosity (but not to get porridge-gruel). Buckwheat is not rice, it has no adhesiveness.

Shred cabbage and saute, add salt (just a simple cabbage rolls are always fried, so I put these cabbage stew). Too lazy, and can be taken raw, but it tastes better.

For the sauce I took canned tomatoes ( opened a Bank, and some were "non-goods", so to speak, the species. So they went into business). You can take tomato paste, to your taste. From tomatoes to remove the skins, crush them with a spoon and fry in vegetable oil

When juice will be enough to add the sour cream (mayonnaise). Stir until smooth and dilute with boiling water. Boil for a few minutes.
