Peel the onion, chop coarsely and saute in vegetable oil (about 5 minutes). Peel the carrot, chop, add to the onions and continue to simmer (another 5 minutes). Cabbage chop (finely) and add to the onions and carrots. All together simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Wash rice ("the seven waters"). Cook peas, mixed vegetables (I just had such a salad, which was very distinct to this dish). I think you can substitute ice cream and meats and simply fresh vegetables (tomato + pepper + onion + carrots). And of course, spices - for me it is almost the main product. I had a set of spices (Korean) to the meat.

All the prepared foods add to the cauldron steamed vegetables. Season with salt to taste. Yes, I'm still a little (about 1 teaspoon) of sugar added, since I was a little sour mixed vegetables.

Cover with water. Mix well. Sprinkle the top with finely chopped garlic. Simmer on very small flame for 20-30 minutes (until rice is done).
