Cooking
Boil potatoes and mash with milk.
Meat finely chop, fry in vegetable oil, add grated carrots, chopped onions . Simmer under the lid.
Apple peel and seeds, cut into cubes and add to the pan. After a couple of minutes add the honey, salt, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
In mashed potatoes add grated cheese, mix well.
For the sauce : whisk eggs, sour cream and tomato paste and season with salt. In refractory form spread meat base ,then mashed potatoes and pour all the sauce. Put bake in a pre heated oven for 10 minutes. Bon appetit and good mood!!!
