Prepared food for muffin.
In a bowl pour all the dry ingredients. Sifted together with the baking powder and the flour, salt, sugar. I knead the dough in a food processor.
Separately whisk the yogurt or sour cream with the eggs, gradually add the vegetable oil.
Slowly pour in the flour and sprashivaet dough. To aim very carefully knead is not necessary, if there are pieces that's fine. In a food processor I mixed on medium speed.
Pre-heat the oven to 190*. Spoon to spread half of the cookie dough (we got to stay a little less than half the test), for the top. Cut the banana into slices (not very thin), and then into 4 pieces. Work pieces of approximately 1 cm, a teaspoon of spread on the dough.
From top to close the remaining batter. Put in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Depending on your oven, you can increase the time to 30 minutes.
