Cooking
Wash the lemon to remove the zest. Candied ginger cut finely (if large). I made candied ginger this: http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/106 615/.
Mix the flour, lemon zest, candied ginger and slaked soda.
In a separate bowl add eggs, sugar and butter to room temperature. Then add sour cream and mix well until smooth (I used mixer).
To dry mixture add 2-3 tbsp of the liquid mixture and mix everything well. So enter the entire liquid portion to dry.
Should get a homogeneous dough.
Form for baking lay baking paper, grease with butter and sprinkle well with flour, then pour in the batter.
Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 40-50 minutes readiness check with a wooden skewer — it should come out dry.
