Muffins
Delicious cupcakes from the standard vanilla dough fluffy middle and crispy crust. The highlight (or rather, "chernoplodku") the recipe gives the berries of chokeberry. Chokeberry is very delicate in baking: berries do not leak and have a pleasant taste, and their tartness is softened. And what a great natural dye (here for sweet white chocolate) everyone knows in themselves - remember your purple mouth after tasting the berries. I advise you to try!

First is to cook the Fudge. Grind in a blender the berries of chokeberry, add boiling water, strain the solution - derived dye (the more you take berries - the brighter the color). Put the juice in a plate of gelatin to swell. Chocolate cream and heat, stirring, in a microwave or in a water bath to melt the chocolate. Add the oil and juice with the gelatin, mix until smooth.

Sweet to put in the fridge to cool, stirring occasionally. An hour and a half it is quite thick: you still have plastic to put on the muffins, but to be with them to drain.

To test the softened butter to pound with sugar, to add eggs and milk. Muffins recommend not too vigorously stir the ingredients and mix just with a spoon; I use a hand mixer.

In the sifted flour, add vanilla (or vanilla sugar) and baking powder. Mix dry and wet ingredients to obtain a dough of medium thickness.

Berries chernoplodku wash and well dry. Chocolate RUB on a fine grater (you can not use it or Vice versa to increase the number to 100 grams) - it adds taste and porosity test. Stir in the berries and chocolate into the dough.

The dough is put into molds for muffins. It lasts for 14 silicone molds with upper diameter of 7 cm (to grease is not necessary). Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until it will turn brown and dry splinter. Cupcakes to remove from the molds and cool on a wire rack.

Muffins turn out with a crispy crust, soft and airy inside. The berries add a pleasant taste. Already possible with an appetite to taste!

For a more dressy option to apply the thickened Fudge and decorate to your taste (I used almond petals). Before serving to hold in the refrigerator until complete hardening of the fondant.
