Cooking
Boil potatoes until tender, clean.
Cut mushrooms.
Onions to chop.
In vegetable oil fry the onion with mushrooms, add bell pepper, cut into strips.
Add corn and soy sauce.
The soy sauce I used TM KIKKOMAN.
Form for baking grease with butter, place a layer of potatoes, chopped into slices. Salt and pepper to taste.
The top of the potatoes put the mushrooms with vegetables, a little pepper.
Cover it with the potatoes.
Beat eggs with mayonnaise and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Pour the filling into a casserole. Bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes.
