Potato casserole in an egg mayonnaise filling
Very tender and flavorful zapekanka. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Corn

  • Soy sauce

  • Pepper

  • Mayonnaise

    1 ст. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    3 ст. л.

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Boil potatoes until tender, clean.

Cut mushrooms.

In vegetable oil fry the onion with mushrooms, add bell pepper, cut into strips.

Add corn and soy sauce.

Form for baking grease with butter, place a layer of potatoes, chopped into slices. Salt and pepper to taste.
