Saw this recipe in a cooking magazine ( "Bread-salt" ) and could not pass up. It is very original, easy and delicious. This is my hundredth recipe on the website. Try it!

Cooking
Forks of cauliflower it is better to take small they will be easier to cut. So, a cauliflower cut in half lengthwise. Then each half cut into thin slices ( about an inch thick ), being careful not to crumble. Slices salt, pepper to taste, sprinkle with vegetable oil.
On the grill pan fry the cauliflower.
Prepare sauce: Basil, garlic, nuts, vegetable oil, salt and pepper mix in a blender, or RUB in a mortar. Served with cauliflower.
