Cooking
For the marinade finely chop onion, in a convenient container to mix duck fillet, onion and spices, cover and put into the fridge for a day or write for 4 hours at room temperature. Prepare all the ingredients. Onions and carrots to clean.

Bake in preheated oven for 90 minutes. After 15 minutes I lowered the temperature to 180*. Be guided by Your oven!!!
