Cooking
This is our set of products.
Carrots boiled with spices until soft, peel and grate on a fine grater.
From 1/2 of the orange, grate the zest and squeeze the juice. Semolina pour the orange juice and leave for 30 minutes to swell. Then mix with carrots and add 1-2 tbsp of sugar.
Connect both the mixture and form small patties. Roll them in flour or breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil.
Dried apricots finely chop and combine with sour cream. The sauce you can add sugar to taste.
Chops turned out very juicy with an interesting spicy flavor. Bon appetit!
