Cooking
1. Chicken fillet wash, dry paper towel. Cut fillets into serving pieces and put in a bowl. Add sauce marinade Teriyaki, stir.
2. Put the bowl with the chicken to marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
3. Pumpkin cut into big slices, not cutting off the crust and lay out on a baking sheet covered with foil. Sprinkle or smear the pumpkin with oil, sprinkle with a pinch of pepper. Put the baking sheet with the pumpkin in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 220 C until tender pumpkin. After 15 minutes, again lubricated with a pumpkin.
4. Fry the marinated chicken pieces in vegetable oil over medium heat.
5. Diminish the fire, add to the chicken cut into half rings onions and fry until transparent onion.
7. Then we cut large strips of peppers and add to the pan, fry until cooked peppers. Don't forget to salt and pepper. Put the prepared dish in a bowl.
8. Add to the pan 1 tbsp oil and fry the pumpkin slices. Place the pumpkin in a bowl and gently stir.
9. Put chicken and vegetables on a serving dish, sprinkle with lime juice, sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Add the lettuce, it can be cut or break by hand. Turned out tasty, fragrant and colorful dish! Bon appetit!
