Pork with prunes and shallot
Very tasty and flavorful meat that we cook in a pot! Perfect for the Christmas table and for the guests. The plum gives sweetness and smoked flavor, the onion serves as the garnish is delicious and the orange juice and soy sauce perfectly marinated meat. Bon appetit!
