Carrot muffins
I offer you the recipe for carrot muffins with three types of seeds (flax, sesame and pumpkin). Proper nutrition and nothing more:) Try it! Very tasty, healthy and nutritious!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    2 ч. л.

  • Flax seeds

    1 ст. л.

  • Sesame

    1 ст. л.

  • Pumpkin seeds

    2 ст. л.

  • Carrots

    1 шт

  • Oat flour

    1 стак.

  • Vegetable oil

    1 ст. л.

  • Milk

    2/3 стак.

Cooking

Eggs, sugar, 3 types of seed mix, add grated on a medium grater carrots, milk, oatmeal. Mix well.

The form for baking muffins grease with vegetable oil. Pour the batter into the pan almost to the edges (during baking, the muffins do not rise much)

Send in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Muffins are ready. Bon appetit!
