Cooking
I have minced chicken thighs. Add to it the egg, freshly ground pepper, slice of bread soaked in water.
Green onions finely chop, beets grate on a fine grater. All these add to the mince.
Add the soy sauce. Carefully mix everything. If necessary, add salt.
Let rest the meat for 15 minutes, covered with a towel.
For the filling, crumble the cheese with your hands and add to it the finely chopped dill. Mix well.
Silicone molds to grease lightly 1 tsp of vegetable oil. At the bottom of each muffin spread 1 tsp of stuffing. Put two slices of cheese with dill.
Next, spread the remaining stuffing over the cups, on top of the cheese. Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 35-40 minutes.
Decorate the top with the mesh of sour cream.
