Bean salad-bread made of rice
Another original recipe for a vegetarian table. When I get tired of boiled rice, you can prepare these quick and crispy tortillas, and combined with a hearty salad of beans and avocado this dish will serve a full lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Salad of avocado and finely chop the onion, mix with beans, chopped Basil. Season with salt and black pepper, season with lime juice and olive oil (or flavored sunflower).

Boil the rice in salted water for about 15 minutes, even for a few moments longer, then rice a little too soft and the pellets will be easier to shape.

Mix boiled rice with chopped Basil, spices, flour and add 3-4 tbsp of water to a viscous consistency. To form a pellet conveniently with wet hands.

Fry the cakes until Golden brown for 3 minutes on each side.
