1. The bags of rice in a pot with boiling, salted water and cook according to the instructions on the package. The beets and carrots clean and cut into small cubes. Do peppers remove seeds and cut into small dice.

Then add carrots and beets and fry for 2-3 minutes, then add the pepper and simmer until the vegetables are soft, about 10-15 minutes. At the end add the Bay leaf.
