Description
So, I'm preparing a casserole for my son (he is allergic to sugar, so no sugar and sweetness due to the raisins). I will be glad, if you'll take root in your home. Quite diet options:1)no sugar;2)used balls (you can just 3 protein instead of 2 eggs), cottage cheese, yogurt, oatmeal, and 3)useful.

Cooking
The cheese, pour kefir.
Enter the egg, beat with a blender (This step I forgot to photograph). Enter the flour (I just grind oatmeal in a blender or coffee grinder).
You can: 1)enter the raisins to the mixture of cottage cheese+yogurt+eggs+ flour (but roll the raisins in the flour-then don't sink to the bottom). This casserole needs to cook for 1 hour at 120 degrees. 2)But I'm a little (10 minutes) have Potamia in the oven as a casserole without the raisins (to avoid excess flour) and then just sprinkled the casserole with raisins and a little bit of it slammed into the casserole, then baked the casserole at 120 degrees for another 50 minutes (so the dish is"languishing" during cooking and does not lose useful properties.)
Remove from the oven, cool (a must!! Hot bad cut). Decorate as desired and serve.
