Lean berry muffins
I love to bake cupcakes and muffins. Fasting is not a reason to give them up. Muffins are tasty, but unsightly in appearance. The doctor hides all the earth, and we, the cooks, the glaze and powdered sugar. I baked muffins with red and black currants (frozen in summer). You can use the berries according to your taste.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1,5 стак.

  • Cinnamon

  • Water

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Mix the sifted with the baking powder and salt flour, sugar and cinnamon.

Pour boiled water at room temperature and vegetable oil. Mix well.

Add frozen berries (do not thaw!) and stir.

The dough is put into a silicone muffin tin, filling them to 2/3 the height. Put in the preheated oven. Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes.

Muffins to cool slightly in the form, then on the grill. Cooled muffins, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
