Cooking
Fresh spinach leaves sort and rinse in several waters. Drop into boiling salted water and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then drain in a sieve and gently squeeze.
In the dish I have cooked and pressed spinach. It has significantly decreased in size. A chicken breast to crank through a meat grinder with onion and a few cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, add 1 egg and knead well. From chicken mince to make the meatballs – balls the size of a walnut. Roll them in flour.
Fry onion in small amount of vegetable oil until transparent. To bow to put the meatballs and cook another 10 minutes, covering pan with a lid and reduce the heat.
Ready meatballs put spinach, stir, needs more salt to taste and saute all together for 5 minutes.
Spinach is ready to pour the juice of half a lemon. Bon appetit!
