I wanted something light, fresh and summery...

Ingredients

  • Beef

On the bottom of the pot put a piece of bacon.

Eggplant cut into cubes, sprinkle with salt and allow to stand for 20-30 minutes.

Carrots grate.....

....pepper and fry in butter. I use a mixture of 4 peppers. At this stage you can add the onion and fry it together with the carrots. I did without it.

Meat cut into small pieces

and send it in the pot. Be sure to season with a little salt.

Spread on meat carrots (with onions or without).

Potatoes cut into cubes and sent after the carrots.

The eggplant spread on the potatoes.

Now mushrooms. I use assorted wild mushrooms (collected themselves), pre-cooked. I think for this dish, any mushrooms will do.

Put into each pot the garlic cloves and add favorite seasonings.

Spread some beans.

Add the green peas. ALL!

Put into the oven for about an hour. The result - a light and flavorful dinner for the whole family!
