Carrot muffins with raisins
Another variation of cupcakes. Came out very tasty, quite dense in consistency, but at the same time, light and Golden, with a rich flavor. One cupcake is very difficult to stop, but the original recipe I modified, for example, instead of cream, is yogurt (1%), partial instead of adding oil, margarine, etc. But the calories are slightly weakened. Different than a traditional!!! Will appeal to all. Kiddies can make silicon molds of the type bears, fish, etc. TRY it!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Turmeric

  • Powdered sugar

  • Dried apricots

    1,5 ст. л.

Cooking

Prepare the necessary products.

Margarine vzbit with sugar until it dissolves.

To drive eggs one by one.

Pour in the yogurt. Gradually pour the flour, add turmeric, baking powder and vanilla. Mix well.

Peel the carrot, wash and grate. Raisins and dried apricots (you can do without apricots, well, as you want yourself)-to soak. Dried apricots cut into strips.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180*C. Carrots, dried apricots and raisins add to the dough, knead all well. The dough is put in molds. Bake for 10-18 minutes, depending on size and material of the molds.

Remove sekiseki from the molds, to give to cool completely (I inverted some on the contrary, so it seemed to me, looks quite original, 8))
