Cooking
The apples and the quinces, peel and cut into cubes. Add to the pan with non-stick bottom, add water, sugar and spices.
Cook until soft and caramelized fruit.
Beat butter with sugar, add water and then the egg.
Mix flour with baking powder and cinnamon. Gradually add to the mixture, kneading the dough.
The cooled fruit mix with the cupcake mixture.
Sort them into cups and bake at t 180 20-25 min.
Decorate with halves of walnuts and powdered sugar.
