I remembered how my mother cooked tender meat rolls - with simple products in the original performance.

Cooking
Slice the beef, preferably across the grain pieces of a thickness of 1 cm.
To beat. The pieces should be the size of a palm.
Onion cut into half rings with a thickness of about 5 mm.
Carrots slice it into long wedges.
A piece of meat with salt and pepper on both sides. Put onions, carrots and pickles, 3-4 cubes.
Wrap rolls, fasten with toothpicks. Then put in a wide pan, pour boiling water and simmer for about 2 hours. Before serving, toothpicks can be removed.
I made a sort of nest of mashed potatoes, you can plant birds in pasta nests. Draw eyes and to attach wings.
