Vegetables
The most simple dish for lunch and for unexpected guests is perfect for dinner. There are two options - M\'farke lahme and M\'farke bad (i.e. meat or eggs).

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

Potatoes wash, peel and cut into cubes 1*1 cm, sprinkle lightly with salt, fry until Golden brown over medium heat, in small portions.

If using meat, add salt, nutmeg and sauté until tender, large pieces of meat in ready-made are not desirable. Ready potatoes mixed with minced meat, add chopped parsley and warmed up for 10-15 minutes, gently stirring occasionally. Serve with a salad or also can pickles, peppers, eggplants, etc.

If you decide to take the eggs, they split in the same dishes where fried potatoes potseluem eggs, add the nutmeg (hand and pulls write –bhar). Fry until cooked eggs. Serve with salad, but our family serves with Jamie (something like a hash). Also can pickles, peppers, eggplants, etc.

So, Jamie – cucumbers cut into as small as possible, pounded garlic. All pour the yogurt and sprinkle with mint.

Another option, if you have left from lunch M\'farke of lahma you can add a couple of eggs. As joked my husband is a student answering a question what to eat:" meat with potatoes – potatoes with meat and eggs with potatoes – potatoes with eggs. All a pleasant appetite.
