My variation of cooking this dish.
Ingredients

Beef liver

Onion

Milk
75 мл

Chicken egg
1 шт

Flour
0.5 стак.

Soda
0.5 ч. л.
Cooking
Liver wash, dry and cut into pieces.
To scroll through a meat grinder liver, and peeled onions.
Add to the mix the liver and onion soda, flour, milk, egg, salt.
Give everything a good stir.
In a pan heat the vegetable oil. Using a spoon pancakes and fry both sides for a few minutes.
