Cooking
Start cooking the dumplings. Everything here is simple... Flour, pinch of salt, and egg protein and cold water. Start kneading the dough.
Cover with foil and leave to rest.
Begin stuffing. Ob equipment you are using all of our ingredients. Hands knead the dough.
Dumplings sculpt or hands, or simplify this process.
Ready-made dumplings, preferably in the freezer at least half an hour.
In a pan heat olive oil, saute onion, take out of freezer and put in the pan. Parboil.
Add the chopped vegetables, sugar and Tabasco. Pour tomato juice and simmer until cooked dumplings. At the end of cooking add chopped parsley.
Serve hot, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
