Loved my grandma's case: jam cooking, pickles and vegetable pickles to tighten. For this dish you can use any utensils: saucepan or deep frying pan. Share the wings apart. If the onion is small, then leave it like that. If large, remove some of the upper layers. And the middle part retained for other dishes. Put the prepared ingredients in the pan. Pour cold water so that it partially covered the wings. Salt. Put on fire and bring to a boil. Turn over the wings to meat grabbed from all sides. Afterwards diminish the fire to minimum and simmer for 30 minutes.
At that time, prepare the carrots: cut into fine strips.
Potatoes also cut into strips. I had a jar of gherkins from the "Cuts" from TM "6 Acres", so I did not cut them. Large cucumbers can be cut arbitrarily.
Rice wash thoroughly in cold water. Preferably, the rice and potatoes are pre-soaked in cold water to release the starch.
After 30 minutes add the sliced carrots to the wings. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Now add the potatoes and pickles. Also boil and stew on low heat for another 5 minutes. Now pour into the pan enough water to get the right consistency of food: a stew or soup. Add the rice, bring again to a boil and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
Turn off the fire, do make chopped dill. Give the dish to infuse for 30 minutes.
